Who I am
I hear what's being said — and what isn't.
I work with leaders and organisations who know that something needs to change — but feel that the usual approaches no longer work.
My focus lies at the intersection of leadership, collaboration and implementation. Where strategies fail in reality. Where people stop speaking up. Where transformation becomes a phrase.
I combine strategic organisational understanding with a keen sense for what pressure, uncertainty and change do to people and systems.
What shaped me
15 years in systems that need to change.
10.5 years at Mercedes-Benz. 4 years at Accor Hospitality Germany GmbH. International corporate systems. Programmes for over 2,000 leaders and 4,500 employees.
Consulting and support up to C-level. Cross-functional and cross-organisational initiatives. Integration, communication, enablement and implementation as a common thread.
This experience taught me: Transformation rarely fails because of strategy. It fails because leadership doesn't work in daily practice. Because people stop speaking up. Because participation is missing. Because trust has eroded.
